40% mechanical keyboard building guide

I do software engineering and time to time I see people around me caring heavy, noisy, strange looking devices - mechanical keyboards. Personally I was never demanding to keyboards I use - what I have built-in in my laptop is usually enough for me(and Lenovo Thinkpads have very nice keyboard IMHO). But one day I was lucky to get one awesome piece of hardware from Pine64 - Pinecil the soldering iron. And that was the begging of this journey.
